Tropical storms, sex and annivesaries

It’s a wonder what a tropical storm can do for your sex life. Tropical Storm Jeanne hit Puerto Rico on Wednesday, at 12:00 noon on Wednesday they cut the power and water at our apartment, so we had been staying at my mom’s house. Now I can’t complain about the way they treat me there, and I don’t lack anything while we stay there, but I was really missing the privacy of our little home. I missed cuddling with R while we watched TV, I missed being able to have sex without worrying that somebody would hear us.

So as soon as they called us to tell us that the electricity was on last night, we packed up our stuff and headed home. We were very casual about it, I unpacked everything, cleaned up the apartment and watched TV for a while, but after a while, I really wanted some attention, so instead of just saying it, while my husband was watching TV in the living room, I told him I would be in the room playing with my vibrator if he needed me, needless to say he was there in a quick minute. What he does to me as well as what he does with that vibrator brings chills to me just thinking about it. I have to say yesterday and this morning was really great.

On a totally different subject, our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY is coming up in about 27 days, on the 18th of October to be exact. And although I have absolutely no idea what we will be doing that day because our financial situation isn’t all that great, I have come up with some ideas for small inexpensive presents. Some of my ideas are:

• A journal in which I will write up a letter to him and in which we will both write a letter to each other on the 18th of every month until we fill it up. If we can keep it up, maybe we will be able to keep lots of journals throughout our marriage.

• A bottle in which I will put another letter I will write to him, but that he can’t open until our anniversary next year. Next year he will receive another bottle which he will not be able to open until our second anniversary and so on.

• A heart shaped container or bottle where I will place 365 silver kisses (That is the candy I spelled out I Love You with the day he asked me to marry him and one of the things we gave out on our wedding day) and one single gold kiss, with a note that says, your love is the only one for me.

• I plan on preparing 16 envelopes, 4 with four breakfast options, 4 with four lunch options, 4 options for dinner and 4 for desert, he gets to pick one of each category and that will be the thing and place for each meal.

Those are only some of the ideas I have in mind, but I am not sure what else I can do to make this anniversary memorable and special. I would love ideas and suggestions. I can really use your help on this one…
